Custom Prints:
- When providing your own artwork, the artwork needs to be submitted in a print ready recognized digital format such as PNG, JPG.
- Any amendments required for artwork will be charged accordingly.
- Custom order quotes are valid for 30 days and are subject to material increases.
- Quotation is subject to material availability and price increases
- All jobs are subject to sight of final artwork
- Digital proofs will be provided
- Hard-copy sampling will be charged for
- Colour variation may occur within an acceptable range of 10%
Fabric Care:
We take care to source quality fabric and materials for our prints and every order comes with instructions on how to care for your garment when washing. We cannot be held responsible if prints fade or crack due to care instructions not being followed.
Returns/Refunds or Cancelations
- Due to every order being customized and unique to each customer. We are unable to action any refunds or returns on any products.
- We unfortunately do not allow for any cancelations after payment has been received.
